1、Speed control

DC brushless geared motor speed control can be achieved by changing the size of the voltage, there are two commonly used methods: one is to keep each phase conduction time unchanged. Change the magnitude of the voltage added to the coil when each phase is on to achieve speed regulation, the other is to keep the voltage magnitude constant, change the length of each phase on time to achieve speed regulation.

2、Microcomputer control

DC brushless gear motor is created and developed along with digital control technology, so the digital control of DC brushless motor by microcomputer is the main control means.

3、Forward and reverse control

Because the DC brushless geared motor is very different from DC motor in structure. So it can't use the method of changing the power supply nature to change the steering, but can only change the rotation direction by changing the relative relationship between the stator winding magnetic potential and the rotor magnetic field. The control method is to use two mutually differing harness signals in phase to control the corresponding winding conduction, so as to achieve forward and reverse rotation. Electronic circuits can also be used to perform certain logic processing to obtain a positive and a negative signal.
