二.stepper motor
Stepper motor is a kind of induction motor, its working principle is the use of electronic circuit, the DC power into a time-sharing power supply, multi-phase timing control current, with this current for the stepper motor power supply, stepper motor to work properly, the actuator is a time-sharing power supply for the stepper motor, multi-phase timing controller; equipped with a reduction gear box can be integrated and assembled into a stepper gear motor, wider applications.
Stepper motor classification.
1. Reactive: There are windings on the stator and the rotor is composed of soft magnetic material. Simple structure, low cost, small step angle, but poor dynamic performance, low efficiency, high heat generation, reliability is difficult.
2. Permanent magnet type: permanent magnet type stepper motor rotor made of permanent magnet material, the number of rotor and the number of stator is the same. It is characterized by good dynamic performance and high output torque, but this motor has poor precision and large step angle.
3. Hybrid: Hybrid stepper motor combines the characteristics of reactive and permanent magnet type, which has multi-phase winding on the stator and permanent magnet material on the rotor, with multiple small teeth on both the rotor and stator to mention the step torque accuracy. Its characteristics are large output torque, good dynamic performance, small step angle, but the structure is complex and relatively more costly.
Stepper motors can be divided into reactive stepper motors, permanent magnet stepper motors, hybrid stepper motors, single-phase stepper motors, planar stepper motors and other types from their structural form, in China’s stepper motors used in reactive stepper motors.
