Characteristics and test methods of DC motor.

1. at rated voltage, the fastest speed, the lowest current, as the load increases, the speed gets lower and lower, the current gets larger and larger, until the motor is blocked, the motor speed becomes 0, the current is maximum

2. the higher the voltage, the faster the motor speed

 

General shipping inspection standards.

No-load speed test: for example, rated power 12V, no-load speed 16000RPM.

No-load test standard should be between 14400~17600 RPM (10% error), otherwise it is bad

For example: no-load current should be within 30mA, otherwise it is bad

Add the specified load, the speed should be above the specified speed.

For example: N20 DC motor with 298:1 gearbox, load 500g*cm, RPM should be above 11500RPM. Otherwise, it is bad
